Leiper, one of three apartments within the main house, is a spacious apartment spread over three levels, delivering plenty of space for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy the tranquility the Highlands.

With five bedrooms (two doubles, two twins, and one single bedroom), our self-contained apartment offers enough room for all to enjoy their stay in the west of Scotland. On the first floor, the drawing room has a log fire (fuel supplied) and is an inviting space for everyone to gather.

Leiper (named after the architect, William Leiper, who designed Kinlochmoidart House), previously acted as the main kitchen and service wing before renovations to convert Kinlochmoidart House took place. Meticulous attention has been paid to ensure the style from the 1900s was retained.

There is a connecting door to The Turret, which is usually closed off but can be unlocked for larger groups.
